Free delivery for orders over $60 (after any discount code is applied)
All orders are sent from Teen Challenge QLD HQ in Gaythorne, Qld. Pick up is also available at Teen Challenge QLD, 32 Prospect Road, Gaythorne.
Working on the shop
Please ensure that the correct box is ticked if you require a signature on delivery.

Orders will be packed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed (or the next business day).
Australian orders will arrive within 3-7 working days of placing your order. Remote deliveries may take longer.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost or missing parcels once they leave HQ.
Refund or Exchange
We will repair, replace or refund any item that is faulty. If you change your mind we will happily exchange it for something else assuming the packaging remains unopened (postage will be at your cost). Please note that we cannot exchange earrings (if you’ve changed your mind).
